I've set up this page to show off the tip of the week gif I've designed.  Of course, if we're going to do this, it will be very important that we have a new tip every week, and take the time to create a new animated gif of the same (exact) size and shape to run under the same name; but that's not impossible.

We might do better if we could make it smaller; but I want it to catch the eye and be legible.
